Summer Shred Challenge
Our Summer Shred Challenge is an opportunity for members to challenge themselves to get their bodies moving during the summer months! During this 8-week challenge, participants will have weekly check-ins with our JEA Fitness staff to take body composition measurements, opportunities to discuss workout methods, & grow in our fitness community. Throughout the challenge, participants have the freedom to choose their own workouts through the week or can opt to receive suggested workout methods from the JEA Fitness staff.
Check-ins will occur on Monday of each week; check-in times for Mondays will be held from 9:30am-12:00pm & from 1:00pm-6:00pm. We are able to work with participants who need an alternative options for check-in day/time, but highly encourage participants to utilize the Monday check-in schedule.
Our first check-in will be on Monday, June 3rd & our final check-in will be on Monday, August 5th.
*All participants will be asked to complete a Health History form during their first check-in on June 3rd.
